Management

Marc Heydrich is co-founder and Managing Director of inboundfriends and has more than 20 years of experience at the interface of digitalization, marketing and sales. His professional experience includes management positions at T-Systems, adesso, MHP and TWT. As a managing director and marketing and sales manager, he has experienced the challenges B2B companies face when it comes to dovetailing marketing and sales.

This experience led to the founding of inboundfriends in 2022 - with the aim of supporting B2B companies in setting up integrated sales and marketing systems. The approach: treating marketing and sales not as separate disciplines, but as a connected system with shared processes, data and goals.

inboundfriends brings together specialists in strategy consulting, marketing technology and performance marketing. Our consultants and project managers have experience from agencies, consulting firms and B2B companies.

The team structure reflects our holistic approach: strategy consultants, HubSpot consultants, campaign managers and developers work together in integrated project teams. Each customer project is managed by a dedicated contact person who holds the threads together and acts as a direct contact for all strategic and operational questions.

All HubSpot consultants are certified and undergo continuous further training. As a Platinum Partner, we have direct access to HubSpot resources, beta programs and best practices - knowledge that flows directly into our customer projects.
